Diffco is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of AI-powered software products. It’s a dual-track role: you set the product direction and own execution, acting as the connective tissue between clients, stakeholders and engineering.

What you’ll do
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle — from discovery through release — writing specifications precise enough for both engineers and AI agents to execute against
- Work hands-on with agentic and AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor and similar) to compress delivery cycles
- Run Agile ceremonies and serve as the client-facing product owner
- Control scope, schedules, budgets and staffing across several concurrent projects
- Align engineering, QA, UI/UX and DevOps around shared priorities
- Track delivery risk and quality standards while owning client communication from first call to launch
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in product management, with real ownership of budgets, risk and parallel workstreams
- Demonstrable, practical experience with agentic AI, RAG pipelines and LLM-based development tooling — applied, not just studied
- A working understanding of spec-driven development and why it differs from “vibe-coding”
- A track record leading distributed or outsourced teams through Agile/Scrum and the full SDLC
- Background in SaaS, B2B or enterprise software
- Excellent communication, including at C-level; English at C1 or above
