Fini Is Automating the 80% of Enterprise Support Tickets Nobody Wants to Read

July 2026 · 3 min read

Large enterprises have spent two decades pouring money into customer support — building sprawling teams, layering on ticketing platforms, and funneling everything through chat widgets and help-center articles that still leave customers frustrated. Amsterdam-based Fini is making a simple, pointed claim: most of that work can be done autonomously by AI agents, and the software to do it is finally good enough to trust with the operation.

Founded in 2022 and a graduate of Y Combinator’s Summer 2022 batch, Fini bills itself as the platform to “automate 80% of enterprise support with AI agents.” The company builds AI agents that autonomously resolve up to 80% of customer support tickets for enterprises, with a particular focus on fintech, e-commerce, gaming, and fitness-tech companies. These are not glorified chatbots. According to the company, Fini’s agents “understand complex workflows, take real actions (like refunds or KYC checks), and improve in real-time,” powered by a proprietary knowledge engine that the company says delivers 98%+ accuracy and integrates deeply with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and internal APIs.

The company has already landed marquee customers to prove the thesis. Enterprises including Bitdefender and Training Peaks use Fini to, in the company’s words, “slash support costs by 50% while boosting CSAT by 10%.” Those two numbers are the clearest articulation of where the next generation of support software differentiates itself. The industry has spent years chasing marginal efficiency gains; Fini is pitching a step-change, and backing it with named customer results.

The founding team brings an unusual mix of technical depth and enterprise go-to-market instincts. Co-founder Deepak Singla, Fini’s CEO, leads the product strategy and the mission of automating customer interactions for tech companies worldwide. He graduated from IIT Delhi with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and a minor in business management — a combination that, in the Indian startup diaspora, has a strong track record of producing operators who can go from first-principles product design to global enterprise sales. His co-founder, Hakim K, leads technology at Fini and brings a software engineering background tailored to the challenge of building production-grade AI agents for the enterprise.

With a team of 14 spanning tags that include generative AI, machine learning, SaaS, B2B, and AI, Fini is positioned squarely in the most competitive and most lucrative segment of the current AI wave. The broader AI customer-support category has seen massive funding, feature-level competition from incumbents, and explosive enterprise demand. What separates the eventual winners will be the quality of the underlying agents, the depth of integrations with existing support stacks, and the accuracy bar each company can credibly hit in production.

Fini’s 98% accuracy claim and its enterprise customer roster suggest the company is competing on exactly those dimensions. Global enterprise spending on customer service technology crossed $100 billion in recent years, and industry analysts expect a meaningful share of that spend to shift over the next five years from human-operator costs into AI-agent software. Capturing even a single-digit percentage of that shift is a multi-billion-dollar outcome.

For Fini, that is the prize. And with its AI agents already taking real actions — not just chatting, but issuing refunds and running compliance checks — the company is making the case that the future of enterprise support will be largely invisible, and mostly automated.
